CLINTON MUSEUM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The regular format for the Clinton Museum Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been changed to meet current Public Health Restrictions.  Due to last year’s Museum closure, all paid memberships ($10/yr) have been forwarded to 2021 and all members are eligible to vote.  

Members are being contacted by the Nominating Committee to make voting arrangements and to ask for Nominations and Volunteers to stand for the Board 
Nominations for up to 7 Board of Directors, and President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and will be accepted until March 19, 2021.

Ballots will be distributed by the Nominating Committee after March 24th.

All Ballots must be returned to your Nominating Committee Member no later than 4pm April 7, 2021 for the results at the Legion Basement at 6pm on April 8, 2021.

Results will be emailed and posted on the Website.

Regular AGM items including the 2020 Annual Report and 2020 Financial Statement will be distributed to the Membership.
